POLICIES

​

  1. Trailer insurance is mandatory 

  2. Only camping items are to be kept onsite 

  3. All changes made to the rental site must be approved by campground owners before being implemented 

  4. Sheds are to be approved in regards to sizes, appearance, and location 

  5. Trailers must be maintained (awnings, windows, screens, exterior cleanliness, etc.)

  6. All sites must be maintained by the site renters. (pick up leaves, control weeds, mow grass) 

  7. Sub-lending the rental site or RV without discussion with owners is not prohibited 

  8. No tent camping- Trailers only

  9. No electric heaters

 

Campsite Etiquette

  1. Fighting within the campground will not be tolerated and is subject to eviction 

  2. Partying will not be tolerated 

  3. The use of drugs on campground premises will not be tolerated and is terms for immediate eviction 

  4. Noise is prohibited after 11:00 pm

  5. No speeding through campground; children at play

  6. All small kids must be supervised while using playground equipment. Playground equipment is to be used at own risk as owners of River Edge RV Park are not reliable for injuries while on-premises

  7. Playground equipment and garbage are to be picked up and put away after use.

  8. Children who abuse the playground equipment will be band from the playground

Fire Use

  1. Renters must ensure debris and leaves are racked up around fire pit, before starting the fire 

  2. Renters and campers must ensure fires are put out before leaving or retiring for the night 

 

Notice to Smokers

  1. Renters, campers or visitors are to dispose of cigarette butts in fire pits or containers 

​

Pets

  1. All pets are to be tied up at all times. This is for the safety of all animals and persons within the campground 

  2. All pets must be vaccinated and up to date on shots 

  3. All dog waste must be picked up by owners immediately. This is a no-tolerance policy; 2 strikes and you’re out 

  4. 2 dogs max at site

Additional Requirements 

  1. Maximum speed is 10km/hour 

  2. Full payment is required upon arrival of renter
